Procedure for Exercising ARCO Rights in Accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties
You may exercise the rights indicated in the preceding section and all other rights granted by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties by contacting DRMAURICIOCE via email at info@drmauricioce.com.
The Legal Affairs and Governance Management will be responsible for issuing the guidelines for addressing requests, inquiries, and complaints, through which the Data Owner may exercise their rights to access, update, rectify, and delete Personal Data and revoke authorization for the Processing of Personal Data.
ARCO Rights
If you wish to exercise your ARCO rights (access, cancellation, rectification, and opposition to the processing of your personal data) or revoke the consent you have granted to DRMAURICIOCE for the Processing of your Personal Data stored in our databases, you must contact DRMAURICIOCE through the Service Channels and submit a request for Personal Data consultation. For this, it is necessary that at the time of submitting the request, you (a) Send documents proving the identity of the Data Owner or the representation of their representative, (b) Provide the name and address of the data owner, (c) Clearly and precisely describe the Personal Data regarding which the owner wishes to exercise any of the rights, (d) Provide an express statement to revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data and, therefore, to cease its use, and (e) include any other element or document that facilitates locating the Personal Data. If the Data Owner’s request is unclear, incorrect, or incomplete, DRMAURICIOCE may ask the Data Owner to provide additional information to address their request within five (5) business days after receiving the request. If the Data Owner does not respond within ten (10) business days to the request for additional information, the request will be considered not submitted.
DRMAURICIOCE will inform the Data Owner, via email or any other means deemed appropriate, within a maximum term of twenty (20) business days from the receipt of the request, of the determination made. If appropriate, the response will be implemented within fifteen business days following the date the response is communicated. If it is not possible to address the request within the established terms in the previous paragraph, the above deadlines may be extended once for equal periods, and the Data Owner will be notified of this situation, indicating the reasons for the delay and the date on which their request will be addressed.
Claim for Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition of Personal Data
If you wish to submit a claim for rectification, cancellation, or opposition of Personal Data, you must contact DRMAURICIOCE through the Service Channels, and DRMAURICIOCE will address your request under the same terms as the previous section of this document.
If you indicate, through any of the Service Channels, that you do not wish to receive advertising, DRMAURICIOCE will fulfill your request. If you confirm that you want your DRMAURICIOCE account to be deleted, please send an email to info@drmauricioce.com with the request to delete your account.
Deleting the DRMAURICIOCE account will result in the deletion of all your Personal Data, causing the loss of your purchase history, any refund or discount coupons, and any other personal information DRMAURICIOCE holds about the Data Owner.
The request for opposition to the information and the revocation of Consent will not proceed when there is a legal, contractual, or commercial obligation for you to remain in our database.
